Why this exists

In 2019 we sold themes.pk for USD 2,000. The buyer was in Karachi. The marketplace was in Germany. A Pakistani business buying a Pakistani domain from a Pakistani seller had to route the whole transaction through an international platform, because there was no credible local place to do it.

That gap is the business. We acquire and hold .pk names that Pakistani companies will eventually need, and we sell them properly — with a real price, a documented transfer, and escrow where the buyer wants it.

What we believe about domain pricing

Two things, and they pull against each other.

First, most premium .pk names are underpriced relative to what they are worth to the right buyer. A word like bank or sovereign on the national registry is not a hosting expense, it is a permanent piece of a brand.

Second, most valuations you see quoted are invented. Automated appraisal tools produce confident numbers with nothing behind them. We only cite sales we can point you to, from public records. Where no comparable exists — and for Urdu-language names, none does yet — we say so and reason from fundamentals instead: length, category, keyword demand, and how much of the marketing job the name does on its own.

If we quote you a figure, you can ask where it came from. That is the whole standard.

How we work with buyers

• No public prices. Not evasion — the right number genuinely differs between a funded startup and a family business, and publishing one figure serves neither.
• Escrow on request, always. Escrow.com or Sedo for anything substantial. You should not have to trust a stranger with a wire transfer.
• Instalments on higher-value names. A serious business should not be blocked by cash-flow timing on a one-off asset.
• We will tell you not to buy. If a name is wrong for what you are building, saying so costs us one sale and earns a referral.

The consulting side

Roughly half the people who enquire about a domain do not have a name problem yet — they have a business-definition problem. The naming tiers exist for them: a paid engagement with a written deliverable, ending in a name you can register and defend. Sometimes that name is one of ours. Often it is not, and that is fine.
